| How much does delivery cost? The cost of postage for each item is calculated by weight. For some items there is a discount on postage if you order more than one of that item. |

Where do you send my goods to? We will send your order to the cardholder address unless otherwise directed by you. You would need to email us with the delivery address at the time of your order mail@thehenproject.com or alternatively we can process your order over the phone 020 3202 1064 between 9am-3pm. |
| How long does it take? For standard items ordered before 4pm we aim to dispatch your order the next working day (which excludes weekends and bank holidays). You should receive your order within 3-4 working days of your order. Personalised items can take up to 14 days to deliver as they are made especially for you. If you need your order in a hurry please contact us and we can see what we can do to speed up delivery. |
| Who do we use? We use standard Royal Mail first class postage for all our deliveries. Orders are not sent by recorded delivery. You do not therefore need to be in to sign for your parcel. However, if you do miss delivery of your parcel you should be able to collect it easily from your local post office. |
| What should you do if there is a problem with delivery? We do not expect that there will be any problems with the delivery of your item. However, if your order does not arrive when you expect it please do not hesitate to contact The Hen Project on 020 3202 1064. |
