What information do we collect?

-          We collect personal information when you engage our services, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

-          When ordering a product or service or making a payment for a product or service you may be asked to give your name, email address, address, phone number and/or credit/debit card details.

-          To process transactions: we need personal information to process orders for products and services

-          To contact you regarding your order: we need to be able to contact you to discuss your order for goods or services or to keep you updated on your order

-          To send out our newsletter and other mailings: if you are on our mailing list we will use your details to send you a copy of our newsletter. Please note that you can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link on the newsletter.

How do we protect your information?

-          We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order with us. All computer records of personal information are password protected. All hard copies of personal information are kept in locked storage. Only employees of The Hen Project and trusted third parties as detailed below have access to this information.

-          After a transaction your financial details are not stored or kept on file.  

-          Your personal details provided for our party planning or butler services will not be kept on file for more than 60 days after your event unless otherwise notified in writing.

-          All personal information is disposed of securely by shredding.

Do we disclose any information to third parties?

-          We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal identifiable information to third parties.

-     This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or servicing you.

-          Non personal identifiable information may be provided to other parties for marketing or advertising.

Occasionally at our discretion we may include third party products or services on our website. These third parties have separate sites and independent privacy policies. Therefore we have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. However, we seek to protect the integrity of our website and welcome any feedback about these third party sites.
