Our mission is to take away the time and hassle of hen party planing, while also providing hens with more choice, more quality and more sophistication. Read on for some FAQs...

How does it work? You give us your budget and details of what you want your hen party or hen weekend to involve. We then put together an amazing hen party created just for you. We can find you accomodation, activities, butlers, caterers and anything else that you want included. We'll often give you a couple of choices and we'll work with you until you are 100% satisfied with your itinerary.

What locations can we chose from? We operate within England but other than that the choice is yours. How about a rural hen weekend in the West Country or rounders on the beach in Kent or a glam weekend in Brighton? Or if you would rather stay at home we can bring the hen party to you!

What kind of activities can we do? If it's legal and exists- we can arrange it for you. Activities that previous hens have done include clay pigeon shooting, life drawing and dance classes. Or you could just chill out with the girls and drink some cocktails. If you can't think which activity would be best for your hen party or want some inspiration, we would be happy to make some suggestions. 

What other things can be arranged? Ermmm how long is a piece of string? We will try and accomodate any requests in your itinerary. Examples include catering, butlers, beauticians, taxis and club entry. The world is your oyster.

What kind of budget do we need? We will try and organise a hen party to suit any budget but it needs to be realistic! For a hen weekend most parties are from £150/200pp but it all depends where you want to go and what you want to do. We can discuss this with you when you contact us.

How much will this service cost? This is the great big surprising bit. If you book your whole party through us, it often won't cost you any extra as we work our fee into your budget. Our fee is typically 15-20% of the total budget although often we get this through commission from suppliers so the cost is the same for you if you booked it direct. You pay a £50 upfront retainer deposit which is then deducted from the final balance when you book your hen party with The Hen Project.

Any other good news? Yes of course! The Hen Project will be on hand before, during and after your hen weekend to help with any queries. Service with a smile at all times. Oh and we'll of course provide you with a free list of ideas for games, gifts and other fun stuff for your hen party.
